Virtual Book Launch

A launch event without the venue.

A virtual launch lets you mark your release with readers who can't attend an in-person event, from a live reading to a Q&A or panel discussion. Done well, it gives your release a moment readers can actually take part in.

Phoenix can help you plan the format, structure and promotion of a virtual launch event, so it feels intentional rather than improvised.

What Phoenix can help with

• Format Planning

Decide between a reading, interview, Q&A, or panel format suited to your book and audience.

• Run of Show

Build a structure and timing plan for the event itself.

• Platform Guidance

Advice on suitable platforms for streaming or hosting the event.

• Promotion Plan

Plan how the event is announced and promoted beforehand.

• Follow-Up Content

Plan how recordings or highlights can be reused after the event.

Bringing readers together online.

• Authors without access to a physical launch venue
• Authors with a geographically spread readership
• Debut authors wanting a defined launch moment
• Series authors marking a new release
• Authors who want launch content they can reuse afterward
